Neil Satrom – Principal Engineer
Professional Engineer, Structural Engineer
Neil has 15 years of Structural Engineering experience, including the design, construction, and modification of commercial structures. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering at Kansas State University. Afterwards, he completed a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering at the University of Texas. While studying, he worked as a graduate research assistant at the Ferguson Structural Engineering Lab. There, he researched the repair of concrete structures using Carbon Fiber Reinforcement (CFRP).
His early career focused on the design of high rise structures and historic preservations. Recently, his concentration has been on commercial projects involving schools, churches, medical buildings, and government facilities.
He designs large-scale projects with complex analysis models and renovations involving unique structural considerations. In addition, he manages every aspect of the structural engineering process, spanning client development, structural analysis, drawing production, and construction administration.
He is passionate about his work and helps clients turn their dreams into reality.
Aaron Wolf – Principal Engineer
Professional Engineer, Structural Engineer
Aaron has been the structural engineer of record on a wide variety of steel, concrete, wood, and masonry projects. In particular, he has expertise in the development, design, and construction of heavy steel structures. With experience in engineering aircraft hangars, sports facilities, and special-use metal buildings, he has a broad range of experience. From designing structures with complicated geometries to unique combinations of building materials, Wolf can tackle any project, even including those with environmental conditions such as high-seismic areas.
